Privacy notice

Who we are

This website is operated by NATURE VIOLET ART LLC (“Nature Violet Art”, “we”), an interior design studio based in Cutler Bay, Florida. This notice covers this website and the messages you send us through the channels it links to. If we work together, the agreement for your project also applies.

What we receive

• When you browse: we do not ask you for any information, and there are no analytics, advertising or tracking tools on our pages. As with any website, our hosting provider receives the technical information your browser sends with each visit — such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested — to deliver the page and keep it secure. It also gives us aggregate statistics about the website’s traffic, such as the approximate number of visitors, which do not identify anyone.
• When you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or Instagram: we receive what you choose to send — usually your name, your contact details, your message and any photos or plans of your space.

How we use it

• To reply to you and prepare a proposal.
• To carry out and support your project if we work together.
• To keep our business, tax and accounting records.
• To comply with the law.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share it with the service providers that help us run the studio and this website, only to the extent they need it: our hosting provider (Cloudflare), which processes the technical information from each visit to deliver the site and protect its network; our email and file-storage provider (Google); and the messaging services you choose to use (WhatsApp and Instagram, operated by Meta).

When your project needs it, we also share the relevant details with the manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, installers and other professionals involved in it and, when a permit is required, with the authority that issues it. We may also share information with our professional advisers, such as our accountant, or when the law requires it.

Cookies and online tracking

We do not use cookies or similar technologies for analytics, advertising or tracking, and there are no analytics, advertising or social media tracking tools on our pages. Our hosting provider may ask your browser to report connection errors to it and, if it ever needs to check that a visit is not automated, may set a strictly necessary security cookie; neither is used for advertising or tracking.

Apart from our hosting provider, which receives the technical information described above, and Meta if you tap one of our WhatsApp or Instagram links, no company collects information about your activity through this website, and no company uses it to follow you over time or across other websites. Our WhatsApp links include a short message we pre-write for the page you are viewing, so Meta receives it when you tap the link, before you send anything.

Because we do not track visitors, a “Do Not Track” signal from your browser does not change anything: every visit is treated the same way.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages and project information only for as long as we need them to reply to you, to carry out and support your project, and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. After that, we delete them.

How we protect it

We use established providers with encrypted connections, and access to your information is limited to those who need it for your project or for the purposes described in this notice. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you share with us.

Please leave out patient information

We design spaces and never need medical or patient information. If you run a clinic, please keep patient details out of your messages, photos and plans.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information from your messages we keep, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@naturevioletart.com. We will do so unless we are required to keep it — for example, invoices.

Children

This website is intended for adults and businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has contacted us, let us know and we will delete the message.

Links to other services

This website links to services run by other companies, such as WhatsApp and Instagram. When you use them, their own privacy policies apply.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date. If a change significantly affects information we already hold about you, we will let you know before it applies.
